Jonetta Johnson and Jalonne White-Newsome inducted into the
Edward A. Bouchet Graduate Honor Society
Two School of Public Health graduate students were formally inducted into the Edward A. Bouchet Graduate Honor Society at the ceremony held at Rackham Graduate School on April 13, 2010. Doctoral candidates Jonetta Johnson, Health Behavior and Health Education/CRECH Scholar, and Jalonne White-Newsome, Environmental Health Sciences were recognized for their outstanding scholarly achievement and for promoting diversity and excellence in doctoral education and the professoriate. These scholars bring a wealth of academic achievement and personal dedication to their fields of study, as well as a deep commitment to leadership and community service. This year's inductees join the current U-M Chapter members and the National Bouchet Graduate Honor Society members as exceptional scholars and individuals. Visit the Edward A.
