Kazumi Tsuchiya, MPH, is a doctoral student in the Department of Health Behavior and Health Education. Prior to becoming a doctoral student, Kazumi worked as a Graduate Research Assistant in the UM Center for Managing Chronic Disease. Her research interests include mixed methods research, evaluation, racial/ethnic health disparities, and understanding social and structural determinants that affect access to healthy foods for vulnerable families.
